It is usually due to insufficient ice or wrong water temperature. For best results: add ice cubes first, fill gaps with crushed ice, then pour 2–5°C ice water up to the MAX line. Don’t use only room‑temp water, as this greatly shortens cooling time.

Leakage is typically caused by a damaged or misplaced silicone gasket. Please check and replace the corresponding silicone gasket. Ensure the gasket is properly installed before each use to prevent leakage.
